Annual Hosting Costs
There are two annual recurring costs in maintaining a website and these are the annual renewal of the Domain Name and the actual hosting of the site.
There are a number of New Zealand based companies that provide these services and a multitude of them overseas with data centres in many countries.
I host this site with WebHostingNZ and they have the following plans.
Looking at what I am paying might be time to relocate.
Another New Zealand based company is MyHost who provide the following plan which would be satisfactory, but further investigation showed that none of their advertised pricing included GST.
So probably not suitable and further delving my flush out additional costs.
A third option which would provide whats required is Affordable Domains a New Zealand based company
This would appear to be a suitable option with an annual cost totalling $124 per year.
