Mangatainoka Brit and Euro Car Show

Just so happened that while we are down in Pahiatuia the Tui Brewery ran a British and European car show this Sunday from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm.

Guess there must have been a couple of hundred cars

Checking online tonight the exact number of cars at today’s show has not been made publicly available, as final entry tallies are still being counted. Historically, this popular monthly meet at Tui HQ in Mangatainoka routinely attracts up to 100 or more pristine classics and modern vehicles.

I suspect there had to be around 150 cars on display from Armstrong Siddeleys and host of Jaguars (my and Pete Romers particular interest) Bentley’s, Fords, to Volkswagens and Volvo’s and everything in-between.

I took many photos which I have included in this post and you would be right in thinking they represent those that particularly appeal to me.

I also used online AI to massage some of the images to remove other cars, people and shadows. Just amazing what some of this “:stuff” can do nowadays.
